Thanks for reaching out to BOXFOX Concierge. We are so grateful for your interest in our products — we take pride in our best-in-class offerings and commitment to excellent service. 
As we navigate the unprecedented challenges of this year, we have also seen unprecedented demand from clients (which we are so thankful for!). With that said, as we strive to maintain the highest safety standards within our warehouse and keep our employees safe, we are at capacity as a Concierge and Production team and can no longer offer any manual service through 2020 as our calendar is full. 
What does this mean for me?
We encourage you to order directly from our user-friendly WEBSITE. At this time, everything available on the website is a reflection of what is currently in stock.  Inventory is selling out quickly, so we’d recommend completing your orders as soon as possible! 
What do you recommend I gift?
Our READY TO SHIP options are thoughtfully curated gifts that will wow any recipient. They are intended to be perfectly sized and thought through, and are based on years of experience with what gifts have the most wow factor, we promise. Each BOXFOX comes sealed with a ribbon and topped with a handwritten note, so it arrives perfectly ready to gift. The MARKETPLACE is also the perfect way to buy something extra for a gift (to arrive within the shipper, outside of the gift box) or for yourself. 
Why are things sold out?
This is an unprecedented year for not just us, but our entire supply chain. We are striving to keep inventory levels as high as possible, but there are some things we can’t control. As you know, we source our inventory from brands around the country and the world — from packaging to chocolate to beauty to home goods, we’re all feeling the impacts of 2020. Fortunately, on our site, if you’ve built a box and an item you want is sold out, our proprietary technology will provide you options for replacement based on size, color, and item type. 
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one transaction?
Absolutely! Our custom technology makes it seamless to ship up to 12 separate destinations in a single transaction. Simply check the below box at checkout, wait a few seconds, and you’ll be prompted to the below page enter each address separately. Click here for a 1-minute video demo!
When will my gifts arrive?
Typically, our shipping window is 3-6 business days. Due to a high volume of orders (thank you!) and COVID safety protocols, our shipping window has temporarily increased to 4-10 business days. All orders placed with standard shipping by 5p PST on Tuesday December 15th are guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. We are still offering 2 day and overnight expedited shipping and just as before, will fulfill any expedited orders placed before 12p PST (on a weekday) within 2 business days.
When is the last day I can place my order to guarantee arrival by Christmas? 
We're being conservative with our guarantees this year, and encourage all to place orders earlier rather than later. However, our deadlines are as follows:
  • STANDARD SHIPPING: All orders placed by Monday December 7 at 5p PST will be guaranteed delivery by Christmas, via the standard shipping rate.
  • 2 DAY UPS: You have until 5p on Thursday December 17th to place orders via 2 Day UPS and guarantee delivery by Christmas.
  • OVERNIGHT UPS: You have until 5p PST on Friday December 18th to place orders via Overnight UPS to guarantee delivery by Christmas.
  • Also note that once all holiday orders leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for carrier delays. We know that considering this wild year, they will love the gift, and you, even if it is a bit delayed.
What if I don’t need my gifts in 2020?
If you’d like to inquire about 2021 and beyond, please fill out our Web Form and you will be directed to a member of our Concierge team to assist. We can also send you our Lookbook so you can see what we’re capable of when things normalize a bit! 
Can I add branding to my gifts?
From now through the end of 2020, we cannot add any corporate logos or branding onto gifts of any kind.
