The Role
You will assist the Corporate Production Manager to help execute corporate shipments flawlessly, on time. You should be a detail-oriented, motivated individual who loves to get things done and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. You are solutions-oriented and know how to keep calm even when things don’t go as planned. You are the liaison between the Corporate Production Manager and the floor: ultimately, helping them execute on all tasks that are required for our corporate orders. Additionally, you will be responsible for the creation of bulk shipping labels as well as oversee orders for our Corporate Concierge website.

Job Description:


B2B Management
Supporting Production Manager whenever needed
Participates in various Sales & Production meetings as deemed necessary by Manager
Manages order tracking for all Corporate orders, including support ordering as needed
Leads Corporate label process: quality control of address spreadsheets, communicating necessary address edits with clients, and printing of labels for bulk orders
Oversees B2B Concierge platform on Shopify, ensuring orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, product is up-to-date, and customer service issues are handled
Oversees Corporate Rolling orders, maintaining accurate inventory box counts, and communicating pertinent order details with Sales Reps
Oversees Photoshoot process, working with Marketing Coordinator to ensure all boxes are shot accurately and in a timely manner

B2B Admin

Deep understanding and regular use of e-commerce management software including but not limited to Shopify, Shipstation, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Quickbooks 
Provide Order Tracking for bulk and Concierge orders
Oversee Corporate returns to ensure all boxes ship to intended destinations, generating resend invoices, and product liquidation
Manage Corporate Product Catalog to ensure up-to-date vendor information is readily available
Assists in team training for new hires
Conducts on-the-ground customer service as needed

B2B Fulfillment

Creates sample pack for all Corporate Orders for fulfillment team to follow to highest BOXFOX aesthetic and “shippability” standard
Fulfillment of Shopify Concierge and Corporate Rolling orders with a high degree of detail and in a timely manner
Assist in management of B2B inventory (raw and packaged) as needed
Assists with prep work year-round during “downtime” to ensure smooth Production process during busy season, including: building shippers, cleaning stations, refilling tape guns, labeling shelves, liquidating inventory, etc
Assist Corporate Production Manager & Inbound Inventory Specialist setting up stations for kitting inventory
Monitor detailed quality control on all shipments, including the coordination of personalized notes and labels per gift box

General
Ensure that a clean and organized work area is maintained
Perform other related warehouse duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment

This person has mastered what we call BOXFOX fulfillment fundamentals, packs beautiful gift boxes, ships customer orders, and troubleshoots problems to resolution while aiding managers with advanced fulfillment skill sets. Fulfillment Associates are expected to understand aspects of productions; adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards. This role reports to the Floor Supervisor and is managed by the Fulfillment Manager.


Responsibilities:
B2C Fulfillment
● Package BOXFOX gift boxes and Marketplace orders so that each gift is aesthetically pleasing,
high quality, and in line with the greater brand
● Pick/pull inventory to support the process of packaging of BOXFOX gift boxes
● Understand and utilize software including but not limited to Shopify and Shipstation to print shipping labels
● Manage the flow, pace, and prioritization of labels for the note writing team
● Under supervision of Fulfillment Manager, work to fulfill third party retail channel orders

About Position:

The Inventory Control Manager is a leader within the Inventory Department of our Operations team. They manage the receiving of all inventory and work with the respective inventory control team, to ensure that product is received and designated for the appropriate department of the business. Responsibilities:


Receiving Inventory: 

- Collaborate with fulfillment and warehouse managers to drive best practices in terms of receiving, shipping and inventory management that support the achievement of inventory accuracy goals

- Count and receive daily shipments of inventory

- Update relevant documents and systems to communicate what has been delivered daily 

- Inspect products for defects and damages and work with ECommerce Manager to voice damages to brands 

- Manage and execute unboxing and movement of product to respective shelf space for all departments 

- Oversee and manage overall organization of product to maximize efficiency for pickers and packers 

- Participate in setting up materials, planning data and required information for new products

Kitted Inventory

- Oversee and manage Inventory Associate receiving and pulling for RTS inventory
