ABOUT THE JOB:
BOXFOX is seeking a creative, resourceful and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team! This is the perfect role for an ambitious marketer looking for experience in mapping out data-driven strategy and having the freedom to create content for the brand across multiple channels. They won’t just follow trends, but they’re inspired to create their own and are the first to raise their hands, suggest new ideas, and tap into moments that align with our customer segments and brand. They will collaborate on strategy, be responsible for day-to-day channel management, produce content and assets that support brand marketing (social media, email, campaigns), and track channel growth. Above all, they must be a curious, creative self-starter who is excited about making an impact with their work product.
Must have at least one year of experience. This role is hybrid out of our office in Hawthorne, CA.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Senior Marketing Manager to execute weekly, monthly and quarterly content calendars
Live and breathe social - thrives off creating content and communications that provide value to our audience and genuinely connect with them
Day-to-day management of BOXFOX social media channels (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok)
Plan, create, edit and publish engaging written, photo and video content
Stay current (or even ahead) of current social media trends and be able to adapt quickly
Support Senior Marketing Manager with asset creation and organization for digital marketing, email and SMS
Proactively and enthusiastically engage with online community
Support Senior Marketing Manager with research for paid channel strategy
Monitor analytics and support in creating reports for leadership
Support with ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives, like concentrated influencer campaigns and events and events
Regularly assist with on-site e-commerce product photography creation
Own all asset trafficking and organization on Google Drive
Lead photoshoot preparation with support from the Senior Marketing Manager
Demonstrates innovation, creativity and thoughtful integration through all work product
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media or content marketing
Photo and video editing experience is a must. Experience can be limited to iPhone, but need to be able to create on-brand content quickly. Digital camera experience is a plus!
Proficient in Illustrator/Photoshop for asset creation, editing and management
Top tier organization and time management skills
Eager, can-do, curious, positive attitude, resourceful and self starter
Ability to think outside the box and drive creativity
