We’re hiring! We’re looking for a top-notch Assistant Corporate Project Manager to help service our corporate clients, working with our sales team to ensure Concierge orders are packed and shipped to perfection. The position will have you up on your feet, managing vendors, procuring inventory, overseeing fulfillment, writing notes…and more. You will have the opportunity to create vendor relationships, learn the operational side of a growing eCommerce company, and learn a ton about working in a fast-paced, startup culture where no two days are the same. There are endless opportunities for growing with a young, fun team based in Hawthorne, CA just a short drive from LAX and Manhattan Beach.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring our custom corporate orders head out of BOXFOX HQ on time, with no mistakes. You will work closely with our B2B sales team, who will pass on new orders (closed deals), detailing every part of the order, from inventory, quantities, customization, and timeline. You’ll also work closely with the Head of Corporate Production to help manage the production calendar to juggle various corporate orders at once.

About You

Above all, we’re seeking a “get things done” team player with a great attitude. We’re seeking someone who is incredibly detail oriented, making sure they are able to study a final proposal / intake form and understand every nuance of a corporate order, down to the color of the ribbon. You should be able to juggle multiple projects at once, understanding the need to prioritize certain action items without dropping the ball on anything. You should be willing to be active (read: not tied to a desk and comfortable with standing for long periods), since this job will have you up on your feet, communicating with the B2B sales team, the other members of Corporate Production, and corporate fulfillment associates. You should also be someone who can calm under pressure, since ship days can be a little crazy, especially when multiple suites are heading out the door, and the details matter! 

Understanding of MS Office/Apple product suite and Google docs; experience with CRM software a plus! Preferably 1-3 years of production / administrative experience with a proven track record of success; B.A. required Good penmanship

Responsibilities

As needed, assist in in production of corporate orders, packing and fulfilling orders from start to finish from fluffing to quality control Assist in production of cards and labels, from importing to verifying, quality control Manage/assist with corporate concierge online platform: onboarding clients, fulfilling concierge orders, fulfilling rolling orders, etc. Assist with writing cards for corporate orders Assist with receiving — unboxing and counting product, ensuring quantities are correct Responsible for any corporate return to senders  Ensures the workspace is kept clean and organized at all times to maintain order and efficiency Help with other warehouse duties as needed

The Role

You will act as a liaison between our Concierge (B2B) team and our clients, ensuring the best client experience possible. As a Sales account executive, you should showcase excellent communication, creative, and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end.

Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales by selling in excellent proposals to inbound leads, meeting your monthly quota, and maintaining our company-client relationships to the highest standards, living and breathing our commitment to BOXFOX’s best-in-class customer service.

Responsibilities


Client Support

Manage key Corporate accounts and act as the point of contact for clients Schedule kickoff call to better understand client needs prior to proposals Resolve problems and handle client issues in a timely manner Provide professional after-sales support to build loyalty / increase client retention  Upsell current clients for larger, more frequent orders Stay up-to-date on and communicate new site features, products, and trends to client

Creative Ideation 

Come up with creatively driven proposals for clients to meet their business / messaging / ROI goals Keep a pulse on new product releases from vendors, communicating both internally and with clients


Internal Support / Operations

Work with Corporate Production team to communicate details of each and every order, including deadlines, customization selections, and any other order specification, ensuring that every order is packed and shipped to perfection — the BOXFOX way Create accurate scopes of work (SOWs) and invoices to ensure our clients are signing off on the terms of each order as well as being billed accurately Communicate with department to share learnings per client, adding to knowledge base

Expectations

Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota to contribute to overall B2B sales (if quota is not met, subject to performance reviews) Monitor inbound leads and progress (sales performance), tracking in CRM software Maintain professional / technical knowledge by attending events / workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks

About You

You enjoy every part of sales — meeting with people, chatting up a storm, and, of course, closing the deal. You’re a self-starter — we’re there to answer questions and train you, but you’ll be in charge of your success at our growing company. You handle rejection well (a necessary part of sales) and learn from what you could do differently the next time around. You’re organized. You will come to the table with your own systems and ways of working that are well thought-out and help track your progress. You’re positive and excited to come to work every day!
