THE ROLE

You will be responsible for scheduling, projecting, and managing our Corporate order production pipeline, working directly with our sales team to ensure their orders head out of BOXFOX HQ on time, with no mistakes. You will work closely with our B2B sales team, who will pass on new orders (closed deals), managing every part of the order: inventory, quantities, customization, shipping, fulfillment. You will also be in charge of vendor management on the corporate side, forming new relationships, placing corporate orders and communicating our needs and mistakes. You’ll also need to stay on top of new product launches and help catalog product via our Instant Alpha process!

ABOUT YOU

Above all, we’re seeking a “get things done” team player with a great attitude. Someone who is incredibly detail oriented, making sure they are able to study and understand every nuance of a corporate order, down to the color of the ribbon.

You should be able to juggle multiple projects at once, understanding the need to prioritize certain action items without dropping the ball on anything. You should be willing to be active (read: not tied to a desk and comfortable with standing for long periods), since this job will have you up on your feet, communicating with the B2B sales team, managing the the Corporate Production team, corporate fulfillment associates, and our 3PL, as needed. You should also be someone who can calm under pressure, since ship days can be a little crazy, especially when multiple suites are heading out the door, and the details matter! 

3-5 years of Project Management / Production experience, preferably in eCommerce or a startup; project management certification a plus Thrive in a face-paced, ever-changing work environment Management experience: ability to manage and motivate a team Great organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and schedule projects Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day as needed Mastery of Quickbooks and Google Suite; Shopify+ and Shipstation a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and and implement processes to ensure successful execution and delivery of client deliverables, including but not limited to: workflows and communications, accurate project timelines, master calendars, customization offerings 

Managing supplier relationships for procuring corporate inventory, including, but not limited to: placing PO’s with existing vendors, forging relationships with new vendors, and negotiating discounts based on volume

Manage Corporate Product Catalog to ensure up-to-date vendor information is readily available

Oversee B2B production flow, including: managing production calendar and pipeline weekly and monthly, scheduling fulfillment team and working with 3PL as needed

Collaborate with Inbound and Outbound Sales Managers to identify issues in Sales / Production workflow and collaborate to create strategic solutions that boost efficiency

Collaborate with Senior Operations Manager / COO to anticipate and communicate operation needs for B2B

Measure project performance through key KPIs such as % of crossed deadlines, % completed tasks, % projects completed on time, plan vs. actual progress, etc., share reporting with team on quarterly basis

The Role
BOXFOX is seeking bright, motivated, hardworking individuals to fill Fulfillment Assistant positions at our headquarters in Hawthorne, CA. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and a commitment to customer service as it relates to product fulfillment. Fulfillment Assistants are expected to understand aspects of productions; adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards. They are required to pick, sort, pack and ship customer orders, and troubleshoot problems to resolution. 

Job Description:

Prepare BOXFOX gift boxes for the fulfillment workflow by opening, fluffing, and reading empty boxes for fulfillment

Pre-Cut black ribbon for fulfillment workflow

Ship domestic parcels for delivery, discerning between postal carriers, including individual boxes and multiple box shipments

Perform other preparatory tasks such as twining or pairing products, and restocking inventory for the overall efficiency of the fulfillment workflow 

Write handwritten notes for the BOXFOX notecards that company each box and order, upon handwriting approval 

Sustaining a clean and neat work environment is an essential function of the position

Working with supervisors on the organization of the warehouse and various miscellaneous projects

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics/integrity

Job Requirements:
Must have excellent punctuality, attendance, and reliability

Ability to stand for extended periods of times (7-8 hrs) 

Must be able to lift and/or move objects 10-30 lbs. 

Must be capable of working quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

About Position: We are looking for a highly organized Inbound Inventory Assistant to support our company’s Inbound Inventory Specialist and B2B fulfillment operations. We need someone who will help ensure accurate inventory levels by managing goods received as well as internal stock transfer transactions. This person will work directly under our Inbound Inventory Specialist and closely with our B2B fulfillment team to receive and organize inventory, set up workstations for our gift boxes, and manage restocking and back stocking products.

Responsibilities:

Assist Inventory Inbound Specialist with receipt and coordination of product, with an emphasis on product for our B2B fulfillment operations, collaborating with the Operations, Sales, and B2B Fulfillment departments

Help manage, organize, restock, and maintain inventory for all inbound product, with the emphasis on product that serves our B2B fulfillment operations

Perform inventory controls and maintain quality standards for both B2B & B2C inbound inventory including but not limited to counting and inspect product for discrepancies, defects and damages

Support B2B Production Team with fulfillment support, set up of workstations, and coordination of inventory transfers and deliveries Work closely with B2B Production Team to assist with product tracking, inventory pulling, and inventory organization

Actively update B2B inbound spreadsheets and databases and submit daily inbound summaries Loading and unloading deliveries

Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers efficiently and effectively Keep warehouse clean and organized Abide by all company safety regulations

Requirements:

Fluent in English

Well-organized, detail-oriented

Sound analytical and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Strong problem-solving skills

Able to work within a team environment as well as independently

Ability to lift or move heavy products <25 lbs

Proven warehouse experience a plus but not required
