The Role

We’re looking for an organized, experienced, and passionate Product Development professional to lead product development efforts from concept to launch for Kitchen, Home, Gift and Apparel. This role will be integral in leading efforts to build processes, tools and systems. Responsibilities 
Product Development

Lead the creation, launch, and implementation of new products from concept to go-to market across multiple categories.

Work with Operations, Creative, Finance and Leadership to ideate new concepts, based on both previous sales data and research of upcoming trends.

Research and vet suppliers and manufacturers to identify the best partners, with an eye on quality, price, timeliness and reliability.


Competitive Analysis, Research, and Strategy

Lead pricing strategy and margin analyses with Leadership to assist in annual planning.

Conduct thorough competitive analysis to help inform product development and new launches.


Internal Support / Operations 

Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Leadership on samples, photoshoots and end-to-end marketing and customer experience efforts related to products.

Manage purchase order placement and maintain communication with logistics team re: inbound deliveries.

Manage, support, and mentor a Product Development Coordinator.

The Role


We’re looking for a top-notch B2B sales rep to work with amazing brands ranging from Fortune 500s and VC-backed startups to tech and entertainment and help us develop and execute on an effective outbound sales strategy. The Outbound Sales Rep position will give you the opportunity to expand and implement your sales knowledge while working a fast-paced, startup culture where no two days are the same. Ultimately, you are hungry, ambitious, and are looking to build a career in Sales, with plenty of room to grow as we grow. 


You will be in charge of identifying new potential BOXFOX Corporate Concierge (B2B) clients and then selling them in on the magic of corporate gifting with strategic messaging and proposals. You need to be outgoing, personable, have excellent communication skills, be creative, and be a master negotiator. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end.


Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in BOXFOX’s annual B2B revenue by selling in proactive leads, meeting your monthly quota, and maintaining our company-client relationships to the highest standards, and living and breathing our commitment to being the go-to for gifting for any reason, any season. 

Responsibilities 

Lead Generation / Sales Execution  

Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, personal networks, and professional networking events

Maintain steady pipeline of active / future leads in CRMTrack KPIs (contact & close rate, average order value, retention)

Drive entire sales process: prospecting, intake, proposal generation (meeting ROI / messaging objectives), negotiations, closing

Researching new markets and new brand opportunities with thoughtful prospecting

Become an expert on BOXFOX offering and competitive landscape to help showcase why we deliver superior value / ROI



Client Support   

Manage key Corporate accounts and act as the point of contact for clients, resolving problems and handle client issues in a timely manner

Provide professional after-sales support to build loyalty / increase client retention

Upsell current clients for larger, more frequent orders

Internal Support / Operations 

Work with Corporate Production team to communicate details of each order, including deadlines, customization selections, and any other order specification, ensuring that every order is packed and shipped to perfection — the BOXFOX way

Communicate any timing, inventory, and or other issues to client

Create accurate scopes of work (SOWs) and invoices to ensure our clients are signing off on the terms of each order as well as being billed accurately

Communicate with department to share client learnings, adding to knowledge base

Manage an Account Coordinator who helps support you, the production team, and the post-sale

The Role 

Your chief responsibility is to support the B2B Sales Team — specifically, your Sales Executive— ensuring you are staying on top of the day-to-day tasks and planning ahead, ultimately making sure the BOXFOX team is set up for sales success and maximizing efficiency. You’ll get to wear a lot of different hats: this role is equally divided into admin / maintenance, sales / production process collaboration, reporting, and light client support. 

As a sales coordinator, you should showcase excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify and quickly solve problems. You should also act proactively to address your managers’ needs. 

Responsibilities 


Scheduling / Contact Maintenance  

Schedule calls, manage calendars via Calendly for assigned AE, take notes on callsHelp organize Salesforce to ensure all contact info is up-to-date on platform

Create calendar of key client event dates, past order timeline, repeat opportunities to help inform strategic outreach and Marketing.

Product / Resource Management 

Track industry news + provide strategic reporting

Ensure salesperson is following all processes as outlined in the Corporate Directory, scheduling appropriate approval meetings with Sales Managers, Operations, and Production as needed

Ensure all documents, spreadsheets, catalogs, brochures, case studies, lookbooks for AE are up-to-date and accessible, ensuring collaboration with the appropriate departments to get updated assets

Study / have solid grasp on most up-to-date knowledge on product at every status


Sales Process Support 

Double check proposals for pricing, accuracy, typos, and consistency with policies

Complete Corporate Order intake form once invoice has been paid

Coordinate samples for clients

Prepare draft invoices for salespeople to review for all orders

Prepare second invoice for taxes and shipping and/or pricing discrepancies from initial invoice (as flagged by production)

Production Liaison  

Act as point of contact for Production Team on all ongoing orders, scheduling Kickoff meeting with Production Team, raising any red flags with AE on inventory, deadlines, etc.

Review, reformat, and flag issues with client address spreadsheets before handing to Production

For larger-scale orders, contact Vendors prior to sending proposal to client to confirm availability



Client / Concierge Support 

Offer support to clients using Pro platform

Schedule demo calls for clients and send them onboarding video

Reach out to clients to send photos, tracking information, and experience survey, ensuring they had a positive experience with BOXFOX and keep them coming back

Communicate with clients on return to sender packages (flagged from Production) and next steps

Reporting

Work with Senior Sales Manager to develop and provide monthly Sales Reports and recommendations to broader ream — performance data (win / loss, quota status, commission earnings), product sell-through rates / trends, client trends, retention, and more

About Position:

BOXFOX is seeking bright, motivated, hardworking individuals to fill Fulfillment Associate positions at our headquarters in Hawthorne, CA. The Fulfillment Associate is a pivotal member of our B2C team and the ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and a commitment to customer service as it relates to product fulfillment. This person has mastered what we call BOXFOX fulfillment fundamentals, packs beautiful gift boxes, ships customer orders, and troubleshoots problems to resolution while aiding managers with advanced fulfillment skill sets. Fulfillment Associates are expected to understand aspects of productions; adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards. This role reports to the Floor Supervisor and is managed by the Fulfillment Manager.


Responsibilities:
B2C Fulfillment
● Package BOXFOX gift boxes and Marketplace orders so that each gift is aesthetically pleasing,
high quality, and in line with the greater brand
● Pick/pull inventory to support the process of packaging of BOXFOX gift boxes
● Understand and utilize software including but not limited to Shopify and Shipstation to print shipping labels
● Manage the flow, pace, and prioritization of labels for the note writing team
● Under supervision of Fulfillment Manager, work to fulfill third party retail channel orders
● Fulfill and ship BOXFOX Marketplace orders from start to finish
● Assist Customer Service team with on the ground fulfillment needs
● Select Associates will write handwritten notes for the BOXFOX notecards that accompany each online order
