We know that this year has challenged us, as co-founders, a company, and as people. We want to thank you so much for using BOXFOX and for a busy and successful holiday season! We're happy you're here, and we hope your families and friends are loving the gifts you thoughtfully curated just for them.
We're an online retailer, and in the world today, it might be expected that we're online, ready-to-ship, every hour, on the hour. While we pride ourselves on our customer service and being a team that's eager to serve our growing community of customers, we also work really hard to maintain a workplace that works for real lives. That means giving back to our employees (both in the main office AND the warehouse) who have worked tirelessly to ship over 200,000 gifts this year through a global pandemic.

We practice the "week of rest". This means we close our warehouse from Christmas Eve through New Years Day with a smaller crew working until we all return on Monday January 6th. As a company created to help you maintain your most important personal and professional relationships, we practice what we preach, and encourage our team to spend time with the people that matter most to them.
All orders placed up until 4:59p PST on 12/23 will ship 12/23. Any orders placed after 5p PST on 12/23 will ship between 1/4-1/8.
