I’m definitely a minimalist; I don’t like a ton of clutter on my bedside table or in anywhere in my room. When I come home after a long day at the office, I find that meditation helps me clear my mind and unwind. My vitruvi diffuser and my essential oils really help channel my meditative state to get me relaxed before bed. While I love charcoal and grey tones, throwing in a pop of blush really adds some color to the nightstand, which is why I keep my panjore lychee voluspa candle by my bedside (aside from the fruity, floral scent). Since I face an open courtyard, my room gets a ton of light in the morning which while I love on the days I don't want to sleep in. When I want to hit snooze on my alarm clock and get a few hours of extra beauty sleep, it helps to keep a sleep mask on my bedside, because we all deserve some r&r every once in a while.

My room aesthetic is beachy-bohemian which inspired my nightstand selection. The green monstera leaf ‘merci’ card that I framed on my bedside was actually from a corporate thank you BOXFOX sent me before I worked at the company. I fell in love with the print on the card so I had to frame it. Now that I’m a BOXFOX employee, it’s even more fitting! My sister has also really gotten me into journaling before bed.
